Midtown Ruidoso is only 12 minutes away, where you'll find all the food, wine, theatre, horse racing, casinos, and shopping that Ruidoso has to offer. This beautiful home easily accommodates 8 adults with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a full bed and 2 twin beds and has 2.5 bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a TV, private deck entrance, and a full soaking tub. The open floor plan features a fully remodeled kitchen is a chef or foodie's dream and has all brand new stainless steel appliances, new gas grill outside and everything else you'll need to prepare the perfect feast for friends & family (including spices, pots, pans, a crock pot and blender). Huge dining table for 8 makes for a lovely mealtime or card game. Relax indoors by the wood-burning fireplace or retire to one of two spacious decks with seating and enjoy the elk, deer and other wildlife that visit daily. Pets – yes, your pets are welcome! We know they are important to you and we want to accommodate your whole family! The cabin includes Wifi, satellite television, DVD player, Keurig coffee maker with pods, all cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer, towels and bed linens for guest use. Firewood is available at nearby grocery and convenience stores. You'll have access to all livable space at this property. That includes a living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath. Closet space is available in all bedrooms. We will do our absolute best to accommodate any special requests you might have. This secluded neighborhood is surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest with no through-traffic. A mile and a half from NM-48 and mere steps from national forest land, the only sound you'll hear is the wind whistling through the pine trees. The lots are spacious, allowing for privacy while relaxing on the front & back decks. Street traffic is minimal - occasional residents going to/from their homes. Neighborhood roads are suitable for foot, bicycle (trail or gravel tires), UTV and automobile travel. Driveway parking is ample - 4-5 midsize vehicles. The gravel driveway can up to four mid-size vehicles. Please take note that this property is in a mountainous area. Road inclines vary and a few roads are unpaved. The city does plow all neighborhood roads, but 4-wheel drive and/or chains are recommended if snow is in the forecast. Front-wheel drive vehicles are preferred if 4wd or chains are not options for you.
