Come get away from the crowds and enjoy the peace and serenity of the great North! We are about 4 miles to skier parking at Boyne Mountain and about 1.5 miles to Boyne City and Lake Charlevoix. We are centrally located to all the best of the Northwest. 20 minutes to Petoskey (casino) 30 minute drive to: Charlevoix, Gaylord, East Jordan. 1 hour drive to: Mackinac, Cheboygan, Grayling, and Traverse City (casino). Within walking distance are a grocery/deli, a party store, TSC supply, and a bowling alley. They have everything from pizza to pub. Bands on Saturday nights in winter. Outdoor live music on Tuesdays in summer. Newly renovated with new paint and all new furnishings this open floor plan works well with family and groups The kitchen is fully equipped with new gas stove, large refrigerator, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, mixer, and all the other tools for cooking including spices. The dining room is elegant with mood lighting and art. The master bedroom is cozy with a king bed. The living room has brand new furniture and carpet. Entertainment features a 55" tv, DVD player with pda compatible denon surround sound, streaming 600Mb internet service on Roku. We have Spectrum, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Espn+,HBO, Amazon prime for tv and music. The big room sleeps 6. One Queen, a bunk with full size on bottom. twin on top, and a twin day bed. The master has a king. The porch is huge overlooking the gardens and seats 10 with privacy screen to the road. There is a gas grill outside. The bonfire pit sits in the woods very near the hot tub. I live in a lower level apartment. I mostly read and make no noise. As guests you can make as much noise as you want, I can’t hear I have the ceiling down here insulated for sound. You have the entire upper level of the house to yourself. I am here to maintain the hot tub and be available for any needs you may have. It’s especially important in the winter to shovel and snowblow. My standards of clean are high and I do everything in my power to make sure every guest has a wonderful time here. We have ample parking. The door code will be sent with directions. make yourself at home. The hot tub is behind the house behind the big ski fence for privacy. The bonfire bit is just a bit further up the mountain. I am always only a quick text or call to fast friendly service. I keep my phone with me and on any hour of the day or night I am on the main highway between Boyne City and Boyne Mountain. It is ultra convenient as it is the first road plowed each day which can be important for that deep powder! There is a public transit bus that operates in all of Charlevoix county. Ask me for the number to the "pickle bus" No smoking except outside on the deck. Use only white towels or robes in hot tub.
