INSIDE SPACE 1: Dome structure is where the living room & sleeping area are located which uses Rinnai for heat overnight if needed. NO shoes or food in the dome. INSIDE SPACE 2: Full kitchen and full bathroom are in the separate structure steps away from Dome structure. Kitchen has a door-mounted table that folds down with four foldable chairs. OUTDOOR SPACE: 210ft of ocean front views. BBQ deck with picnic table, seats 10 adults comfortably. Kid picnic table also outside, seating 4 children comfortably. Propane for grill and grilling tools provided. Bunny corner has two seats with middle table. Fire pit has 8 chairs. Lastly, there are 22 steep steps leading down to the ocean water. Guests have access to everything inside the kitchen/dome along with the bbq area. There are about 22 steps leading down to the ocean, it's steep so use the rails. Flower of Life storage shed, boat, ATVs, and some interior storage areas that are locked are off limits. We will be accessible via the message center, text or call directly. Quiet and peaceful. In nature, lots of trees and ocean breeze. Great place to stay if you want to be near Bar Harbor or Winter Harbor but want to avoid the high prices and the crowds. Plenty of parking. The drive down to the water from the beginning of the lot is beautiful. 1. NO shoes or food in dome structure. 2. The CordaRoy Convertible Bean Bag opens up into a king size mattress. If you use the CordaRoy mattress, please put it back in the cover before checkout. Visit cordaroys. com for quick video tutorial. 3. Turn off rinnai heat during the day. Heat should only be used evening hours on - if needed. It cranks overnight so be careful of overheating in the dome. 4. Be careful walking down the steep stairs to the ocean – use handrails. 5. Dogs and additional guests are welcome for extra charge. 6. If propane for grill, torch or heat runs out, let us know immediately. 7. NO parties and NO smoking in the Dome, Kitchen or Bath. Suggested items to bring for extra comfort: 1. House slippers if you have them available for the dome (NO shoes in dome) 2. Extra games (we provide monopoly, giant stacking blocks and a set of cards) 3. Personal blankets, pillows and/or towels (we provide clean sets in your stay) 4. Any water sport toys (I.e. Kayak, SUP, Canoe, etc.)
