Just provide them with the address and your name to get the pass. You will receive an access code to access the smart lock. Everything is done remotely - You'll receive your access code via email and/or the messaging app. Located in Ponte Vedra Beach at Sawgrass Country Club, and just steps away from the beach. You will be in a gated community and have access to a nice boardwalk onto the beach. Our beach condo is less than 3 miles to TPC, 14 miles from UNF, 15 miles from St. Johns Town Center and 22 miles from St. Augustine. You'll receive the address via email, but you can drive or Uber/Lyft to the property. If booked via AIrBNB, they do not allow us to add this fee before you book so you will receive a request for this fee after booking is confirmed. Please tell us after booking that you will bring a pet. If you do not inform us you're bringing a pet to bypass the fee, there is a $150 cleaning charge that will be taken from the security deposit. The condo is non-smoking (including the rear patio), but you do have a balcony outside the front door you can use. Any smoking in the condo will result in forfeiting the $200 of the security deposit for deep cleaning and deodorizing services. Security Deposit: You may see a security deposit hold posted 1 day prior to arrival. This is not a charge and is only a hold. It will be released a couple days after checking out.
