This unit sleeps 4 (maximum 4 per fire code) with a private bedroom suite, along with a comfortable pull out couch located in living room. Brand new living room furniture awaits your arrival. The unit has an open airy feel with vaulted ceilings and is so quiet! It’s on the desirable second floor of a two story building, providing privacy. Other in room amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with brand new cookware, vacuum, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, makeup mirror, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, some snorkel gear, cooler, board games, corn hole game and dozens of books to choose from for a good beach read. WiFi is included and the brand new tv has a broad cable subscription as well as Netflix. The private lanai provides the peace and tranquillity that allows you to relax and switch to vacation mode. The resort offers beach chairs and towels from the Beach Hut where you can also rent snorkel gear and book surf lessons. The Poipu Athletic Club across the road allows guests access to the beautiful pool with water slide, tennis courts, state of the art gym equipment and locker room with showers. Nightly rate DOES NOT include the $264 (tax NOT included) cleaning fee that guests will pay upon check out. Cleaning fees are based on a 7 day stay and additional fees may apply. There may be other charges from the property management depending on the length of stay. Fees mentioned do not include Hawaii state tax.
