The Studio/apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people and it also has a double sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests. It is 48 m2 and comprises of a living room, a raised bed area, a kitchenette and a bathroom, all finished to a high standard. It has a lovely covered terrace with beautiful south facing sea and mountain views. Step off the terrace onto a large grassed area and make use of the additional space to enjoy the sun loungers provided. The terrace also has a table and chairs so you can make the most of outside dining. There are several swimming pools on the resort, some with pool bars and childrens’ pools. You will have access to two main pools in Rancho B complex with your key fob and for the more serious swimmers there is a lane pool at the club house. You are only a 15 minute walk to the beach (500 metres downhill). Why not enjoy a stroll along the newly built boardwalk which forms part of the “Senda Litoral De Malaga” (Malaga coastal path). This section of the Boardwalk is 6km currently, with the view to it stretching from Nerja to Manilva in the future (163kms). The bus stops on resort for you to travel to Ronda, Mijas Pueblo, Marbella (16km), Fuengirola (12km) and many more places. The resort itself has a tennis club, boule club, club house, several restaurants (some with entertainment), bars, a bakery, shops and a Crossfit gym. In addition and within a 10 minute drive you have a large supermarket, banks, shops and more bars. You are under 2 km to Miraflores golf and a lot of other good golf courses are within 20 minutes drive. The restaurant at Miraflores golf has visiting singers on certain evenings or weekend lunch times. This is a gated complex with 24 hour security and free parking just outside the studio. A car is recommended.
