The master bedroom features a King sized bed and large dresser. The master en-suite bathroom is large with lots of counter and drawer space and a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen sized bed and dresser. The second bathroom is adjacent with tub and is also where the washing machine and dryer are located, along with cleaning supplies and lots of extra towels including beach towels. The third bedroom is upstairs in the loft, with two Twin beds. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower. The living area is comfortable and equipped with lots of seating, including two comfy lounge rockers. The full kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, utensils, appliances, pots & pans and everything you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 4 at the high top and 3 at the bar. You can also enjoy time outside on the lanai where you can enjoy the gorgeous Waikoloa sunsets with a view that opens out to the peaceful golf course and ocean views in the backdrop. Right down the way at Waikoloa Beach Resort, enjoy restaurants and shopping at the Queens’ Marketplace and more fairways. There is a popular Luau - Legends of Hawaii, and you can swim with dolphins at the Hilton. If that’s not enough to fill up your itinerary, turn to Blue Hawaiian Helicopters for incredible waterfall tours. The Paniolo town of Waimea is only a 20-min drive from your rental and features shopping, weekend farmers markets, horse back riding, a cultural museum and is close to the famous Waipio Valley with epic views and adventurous hikes. The quaint village of Hawi is only a 40-min drive from your rental. This eclectic little village features small gift shops of local artists and a statue of King Kamehameha. Adventurous types should venture a little further to hit the Pololu Valley Trail, short hike down to a secluded black sand beach. Waikoloa Village is a 10 min drive to Waikoloa Beach, 15 minute drive from Mauna Lani and 30 min to the Kona Airport KOA. Other day trips include Kailua-Kona, snorkeling and kayaking in Captain Cook, historic Hilo, and seeing Honu at Punalu’u (Black Sands Beach). The townhome offers free parking for one car, with open spots located very close to the unit.
