Which means it was built with a foundation of concrete, using traditional methods of wood, and bracing being built from the ground up Where it sits, NOT like a manufactured home which is moved to a location after its cheaply made in pieces. Our home has outstanding central heating and air. Unlike a manufactured home which in the summer time is very hot, or in the winter very cold. We are on a large lot w spectacular views of the sunrise and the back of Mount Charlestons sunset. We have free roaming chickens on our property & ducks which we collect the eggs from to make our delicious home made omlettes. We have back patio with a keyless entry this entrance which you’ll be able to access by the side of the house toward the back yard gate. There you’ll enter into the dining area which is for all guests to utilize on your stays. To the left of the coffee bar is where both guest rooms and restroom are. You can find you room from there it is labeled with a picture and frame. . We most likely will be home when guests arrive. My wife usually starts to text the day of a guests reservation to make sure they are safe, or on their way if they haven’t made it to the 4pm check in time to see if guests need assistance of any kind. But we do understand that guest also want to be left alone so we do honor that too. We want everyone to just feel safe, at peace and comfortable. Country style middle and upper class neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet at night. We have a lil traffic in the daytime cause we are considered a main strip for law enforcement and fire dept. It’s easier to go between our area to 160 or pahrump valley road for drivers. Our neighbors are a variety of law enforcement, Drs, nurses, public officials as well as hard working folks like myself. We are community oriented, church going folks whom love our Pahrump community and all she has to offer. We work and donate our spare time to our community and we wouldn’t have it any other way. there is a wide variety of birds here in our area like coopers falcons, humming birds ,finches, and of course our felonious Ravens. We have cute lil desert chipmunks for entertainment and cotton tail bunnies.You may be able to hear our wild coyotes singing their wild songs at night, or wittness our wild horses walking out amongst our desert landscape.Either way we assure you that you wont regret spending your days and nights in our beautiful desert with us. We are affiliated with local law enforcement. We are centrally located in Pahrump our guests can easily find what their looking for by using their smart phones. We are 7 minutes away from restaurants, casinos, shopping, grocery shopping and fast food.We are 25 minutes away from Front sight , 60 minutes away from the entrance to Death Valley, 45 minutes away from Vegas, 30 minutes away from Tecopa hot springs, 45 minutes away from Dumont Dunes, we have plenty of parking for those whom are hauling Motorized Cycles on trailers. We do reside here in our home and retire early. It is the Airbnb members responsibility to clean up after their guests that they bring. As well as inform them of the house rules and extra charges of taking an excessive amount of food Or amenities that we have as a courtesy for our guests while staying here. You may relax & enjoy the private spa at anytime. We expect our guests to follow all rules and read all directions listed at all times. We want everyone’s stay with us to be comfortable, Our Tea/coffee bar are outstanding . We have a hot/ cold water cooler with ionized water to fill coolers, thermoses, Teas,.You will NOT get any of this in any other Airbnb around here. Best price in town for what you will receive.😊 We Do not offer kitchen or Bar b que use. There is absolutely no eating or drinking anything but water in rooms.please no coolers , food, food storage or ice chests in rooms. Special note: This space are for travelers and vacationers who are visiting our national parks or remote workers that have a job away from the house.
