Situated across from College Park and steps away from Winchester's public gym (indoor swimming pool and fitness center). Space features a king sized bed, large TV, coffee bar, devoted work space and full bath. King bed, coffee bar, refrigerator, large TV, microwave, small sofa, workstation, full bath with heated tile. Space is located upstairs, so you will need to climb stairs to access the unit. You will enjoy the privacy of this unit overlooking our patio and vegetable garden. Our space is located across from College Park. College Park offers lots of green space, children’s play ground, basketball court and NEW pickle ball courts. We enjoy our guests and respect your privacy. We live on the property and are available to answer questions or help with anything you might need. Space is across the street from College Park and 2 doors away from the public fitness center. Walking distance to downtown Winchester. Easy access to Lexington, Red River Gorge, Kentucky Bourbon Trail and lots of horse farms. When visiting our space, park across the street, adjacent to College Park or in front of our house. Our neighborhood and town is very walkable. For out of town excursions, plan to drive. Our public library is a short walk from our space as is Holly Rood (red brick house on the hill, near library), the home of former governor of Kentucky, James Clark, brother of the other Clark of Lewis and Clark fame.
