The Villa location is ideal, as it lies just off the main highway from Ocho Rios to Boscobel. and is surrounded by a number of lovely homes. The accommodation is situated in a gated community with security guards on the development 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The accommodation is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached bungalow type property with ocean view. There is a small veranda at the front of the property. All bedrooms are fully furnished with modern furnishings, including air conditioning in all the bedrooms. • The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, which includes a stove cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and more. • The dining/lounge is spacious and comfortable includes sofas, side table, large dinning table which can sit 6 people. There is a ipod/ Music System also television in all rooms. There is also a house keeper who cleans every day and this is included in the price. The whole house and the grounds. The Housekeeper cleans daily any questions you can asked her No cleaning at weekends. If you wish for breakfast please let us know this as soon as possible. The property comes with an ocean view. Please note no swimming pool or gym at this Gated Community however the beach is 5 mins away. Transportation is right at the gate to take you any where into Ocho or James Bond Beach . It is located of the main road near Huddersfield in the parish of St. Mary, about 15 minutes ride from the Tourist capital of Ocho Rios, and about 5 minutes walk to the small town called 'Stewart Town' further along you have the Boscobel Beach Hotel. When you leave the security gate asked the security guards especially Ms Heather she has been there for the last 10 years he will direct you any where (Past clients have been happy with Ms Heather helpfulness & Knowledge of the area). There is a local beach next to the local gas station called the Cool Oasis ask the staff they are friendly and will direct you to the beach. There are about 2 more beaches in the area depending where you want to go. & which direction ‘Reggae Beach’ is situated about 12 mins from the villa not far from ‘White River. Then you have the famous James Bond Beach, in the area where Alexandra Fleming our (famous writer). We now have a new airport in the Bosbel area called 'Alexandra Fleming Airport' you can check out local flights as well as those short hop flights to other local Caribbean islands. The airport is about 10 mins away. You must let security know if you have other friends visiting you at the property.
