Bedroom is located on the main floor of home with a nice full bed, dresser, desk, Roku 40" HDTV. Bathroom with bathtub and shower is shared w/owner (master bedroom connects, have a separate exit as well) and the washer and dryer is right next to room. The kitchen area is available for guest use as well. My house is newer for the area, but by no means is a 5 star hotel. The room and bathrooms will be clean, comfy, and quiet, and I will do my best to make you feel at home. Comfortable bed, plenty of blankets and space heater in room. I use a woodstove to heat my home. Desk to do any work that needs done. New 40" TV to watch or hookup any gaming or devices too easily. Large mirror in the room as well. Works great to sit down at and do your make up or whatever. I'm really easy going and easy to get along with. everything is available for guests to use. If in doubt just ask! Just talk to me! I'm usually around! Very quiet neighborhood, 0 crime. Very close to downtown, can easily walk anywhere, about 10 minute walk to downtown, 20 minutes to U of I campus. Local bus route is about 5 minutes away as well.
