Walk to local establishments and Riverside Park (Volleyball court, Basketball court, Kids play area, Baseball field). 3 bedrooms upstairs with shared bath, 1 bathroom downstairs and Lower area family room with Pool Table. Home offers 4 couches inside, 1 outdoor patio sectional, large outdoor patio table. Gas firepit and Wood firepit. Entire home is available and garage space can be offered. Stairs to beach area are being installed Fall of 2024..and final landscaping is being completed in backyard area. River height is dependent on weather...so always use caution Home is located in the Village of Cadott, within 5-10 miles of many wedding and event venues including Dixon Apple Orchard, Fest Grounds, The Barn on Stoney Hill, Cabin Ridge Rides, Whispering Pines Golf, Lake Wissota State Park, Waters Edge, Lake Wissota Golf,Kamp Kenwood, Leinenkugels and much much more Home is located on the ATV Trail ...Yes even though you are "in town" you can ATV right from the home. Plenty of parking at the house with a 2nd driveway if necessary for overflow parking Pets are only approved with conversation with us. We sadly have had guest show up without notifying us that they were bringing pets...and have had some damage to home. We do live on the River, and we do not want Wet animals in the house. Hopefully everyone will understand this. The 75.00 fee is PER Pet with a 2 dog max.
