There is an abundance of walking and hiking routes with stunning views in the area and the apartment is perfectly situated for accessing unrivalled cycling routes, including the Healy Pass, Caha Pass and Ring of Beara. As we live in the middle of the country , its advisable to have a car or bike. Bus Eireann passes 3/4 days a week ,going from Castletownbere to Cork via Bantry. There are private minibuses too.which travel daily. please ask for more information if you acquire same. Adrigole has so much to offer between the rugged mountains and the wild Atlantic way .There are activities to suit every person ,young and old. We are 10 minute drive from Glengarriff ,where the beautiful Garnish Island is and you can take a boat trip across to it.. There is also Glengarriff Nature Reserve to ramble through . From here you can drive on to Kenmare via the scenic Tunnel Road. Adrigole is the gateway to the beautiful rugged Beara peninsula.
