Just two blocks from the ocean in Jax Beach's best neighborhood, The Oasis has the best of both worlds. After a dip in the ocean, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, which definitely earns you a long nap in the hammock. The Oasis combines two amazing features: two block walk to the ocean and a luxurious tanning ledge pool, surrounded by palm trees and lush landscaping. Afterward, the extravagant hot and cold outdoor shower is a great way to rinse off before taking a long nap on the cozy hammock. Sitting around the fire pit with family and friends, making smores, creates the best memories. The upscale beach decor and furnishings includes all the comforts of home. Two comfy sofa beds, four queen soft and cozy beds and a full kitchen of course! The neighborhood has coffee shops, restaurants and shopping boutiques all within walking distance. Or, if you choose, grill dinner out by the pool and enjoy a relaxing family meal at the over-sized dining table. This beach house is three bedroom and one bath, which makes it a better fit for families with children since more than three or four adults may feel cramped with only one bath. It is important to us that our guests are comfortable. Guests will have access to the entire upstairs unit of the duplex, the entire fenced in yard, including pool, fire pit (and wood), hammock, outdoor hot and cold enclosed shower (with bench), grill and any seating in the yard. There is a guest in the downstairs unit, but is often out of town or busy for all or most of every weekend. During the week they work normal schedules. We are happy to provide restaurant and entertainment suggestions. We will always do anything we can for our guests to have a wonderful experience, but ask for the property to be respected in return. The Oasis is located in Jax Beach's best neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and active. You will see people walking dogs, biking with kids or spouses and heading to the beach. The beach area is Jax Beach's cleanest and least populated, although you will see the neighbors enjoying their spoils. The Oasis is conveniently located just minutes from Butler Blvd (FL 202) for East/West travel. We are also just a block from A1A if you want to take a scenic drive down to St. Augustine or up to Atlantic Beach or Amelia Island. We ask our guests to please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Also we request that if you have small children please do not allow them to run around upstairs as it may disturb the downstairs tenant. He is very child friendly and will stay out of the way so that the guests can enjoy the yard, pool and grill, but does appreciate the quiet time at night.
