OCEANFRONT 3BR/2BA CONDO is a slice of paradise in your beautiful yet comfortable space. Take long walks on the beach, lounge by the pool, bicycle along A1A, explore beautiful Ormond beach & famous and fast-paced Daytona just 15 mins away. You are also close to beautiful Ponce De Leon springs where you can explore "Old Florida". Historic St Augustine is 45 min away and filled with shops, resturant, and the stunning Flagler museum. OR... JUST RELAX!! Sleeps 8. Your home away from home is a second floor condo overlooking both the pool and the Atlantic ocean. You can enjoy getting up early and sitting on the balcony with a delicious cup of coffee watching the sunrise together. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors straight to the balcony and breathtaking views from bed if you would rather cozy in for the morning. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds and is a bit private at the end of the hall. The galley kitchen has what you need to make a lovely brunch or plenty of room to sit your carry out containers ;) Your home your choice! But whichever you choose enjoy time together at your lovely large wood plank table with seating for six to eight. The waves beckon you outside to play! Open the foyer closet and borrow towels, chairs, floaties for the kids. swim, and boogie board and maybe take the sand castle making "toys" to have a sand castle building contest on the practically private beach! So quiet and nice! But good times await just 10 minutes away at lovely Ormond beach and lively Daytona Beach. Come back home to your air conditioned and comfortable living area with leather sofa and recliners make relaxing after a day in the sun and surf a pleasure. Pop a movie in the DVD player or watch your favorite cable shows. The bookworms(like me!) Can borrow one of my books while the card sharks play using the games in the second bedroom closet. Take a late swim in the pool then cuddle into your comfortable king bed to dream of your next day in paradise! You have access to all portions of the home community pool, beach equipment( just please use the hose near the pool or by the elevator to rinse the sand off before bringing them back inside!) Enjoy it all! Home is self check in. I am accessible via phone or the Airbnb messenger app. Any question please text or call. We are available anytime you need us. I am quite responsive and usually respond within an hour unless it is in the middle of the night. For night emergencies please call my phone number twice to break the "Do not disturb" setting on my phone. Laid back beach town. A car is nice but we are one block from bus stop that goes up and down Ocean Shore Blvd. The key to the pool is finicky. You have to turn it clockwise to open the gate and must keep a key inside the gate while you swim in the pool or you will be locked inside. Our place is a condo, and occasionally, there could be a repair or annual building inspection. If this would occurr you would be notified in advance.
