A runner/walker can run or walk to the Navy Marine Corps Stadium or Downtown Annapolis from here. Grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy a half mile walk. The house has a private inground pool. Guests should know proper swimming safety and be careful around the pool. Guests swim at their own risk. 2 single kayaks, a 3-seat flat bottomed canoe & life jackets are available at private neighborhood beach down hill from house. Guests should be familiar with & capable of kayaking on a river.
