Cottage is located on private stone studded Sandhills Beach. It is 1400sq ft. Rocky beach changes daily & is accessed from 6 steps off sea wall. Water shoes are recommended. Four modestly sized yet private bdrms. Ceiling fans,A/C & heat. Well equipped kitchen. 4TVs. - PlayStation3 w/some games. Movies,board games,boogie boards, paddle board, corn hole & kayak. *Rental does NOT include towels&sheets please BYO or there’s a $100 fee. Outdoor shower not enclosed. Max 8 pp. max 4 kids. & 4 cars. Larger groups please NOTE this is a cottage and has limited space in bedrooms. And there is 1 indoor shower. No cast away furniture or old household items. We include paper towels & toilet paper. Detergents, cleaning products, sponges spices and some condiments pots pans baking essentials. . Pack and play with a sheet ,high chair/booster baby gate & kiddie pool. Children must be supervised at all times around the beach & seawall. Beach stairs may not be available after September, due to inclement weather. All beach photos are taken from the patio at different times, over the course of a few years. And the neighbors are not on vacation. NO music or loud noise after 10 pm please! Agreed upon guest count will be enforced. This cozy cottage was built in 1946. It remained in the same family until 2015 when we purchased, totally updated it, while still keeping that cottage feeling. Oceanside Drive is a private section of Sand Hills Beach. Most of the neighbors live here full time and are very friendly and welcoming. All beach photos are taken from patio. The beach tends to be rocky with areas of sand. But changes with every storm. Water shoes are recommended. Spectacular ocean views and sunrise right outside your door. The nearest grocery store is in the harbor about a mile from the home. There are restaurants, a movie theater ,a bowling alley & shopping. A sandier beach is a short drive or walk. Walk to light house.There are 5 beaches in the town. Museum beach is great for small children Walk ,Car,Train, and Ferry into historical Boston. Please do not run A/C in a room that is not occupied. You may flip a circuit breaker. Extra fees apply for guest count over 7. Agreed guest count will be enforced. My calendar is up to date. We limit availability because we only rent it when we are unable to use it. We try to keep home well stocked. Grill has a propane tank. We include spices, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, condiments, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies, & detergents. The grocery store is very close if you need something. There is a $100 fee for linens & towels, if you are unable to bring your own. Renters are asks to make and strip beds. You’re welcome to use the dish and hand towels at no charge. Some outdoor furniture , beach stairs and beach equipment may not be available in the fall, due to inclement weather.
