Kitchenette includes mini-stainless refrigerator (no freezer), toaster oven, microwave, coffee-maker, sink, plates/bowls, cups/glasses, and utensils. The Studio Apartment also includes 2 beach chairs, a small beach table, and a small cooler. Wake up on Siesta Key every day with the sun shining. Stroll the village, spend the day fishing, relax on the sugar soft sand of Siesta Key Beach or go seashell hunting in this beachwalker’s paradise. But whatever you do, do not miss Siesta Key's magnificent sunsets. Enjoy! The Studio Apartment is attached to the Owners' home, but has its own private, separate entrance. Guests do not have access to the Owners' home or private pool. Studio has its own AC unit, which is controlled by Guest, along with cable and a flat screen TV. For those who want to bring their laptop to keep in touch, High Speed Internet/WIFI is included. Guests are provided access to the Studio Apartment via a coded keypad, and have exclusive use of the Studio Apartment during their stay. The Owners live in the attached main house. Situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood just 3/4 mile north of Siesta Village, it’s a short walk or bike ride to enjoy the Village’s many amenities (restaurants, pubs, gift shops, banks, P.O., drug store, etc.). Siesta Key Public Beach (#1 US Beach) is a little further, at just 1.8 miles. The Studio Apartment has off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Located just 3/4 mile north of Siesta Village, it’s a short walk or bike ride to enjoy the Village, and easily accessible to all the attractions Sarasota and Florida have to offer.
