Welcome to the Atlantic Ocean! You will be staying in a DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEW CORNER UNIT condo on the 4th floor. Living room has direct straight-on view and view up the coast to the north (windows on two sides). Both bedrooms have direct view of the beach. No road to cross -- walk out the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet private beach with miles of sand in either direction. You will have this entire 2BR/2BA condo with fully equipped kitchen all to yourself. Big screen cable TV in master bedroom and living room. Spacious master bedroom suite with Queen-size bed, walk-in-closet, and vanity area. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen fully equipped. You will be amazed by the ocean views! The balcony sits directly over the ocean. You'll want to spend hours reading a book, sipping wine or just watching the waves from the ample seating provided. Walk for miles on our family-friendly beach. The sand stretches for miles in either direction. Enjoy surfing, boogie-boarding, collecting shells or just relaxing in the chairs we provide. This beach is never crowded so you'll have plenty of space to yourself! We are under 10 minutes south of Cocoa Beach, and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. Satellite Beach/Melbourne area has GREAT restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by.d,a You will have the entire 1000 sq. ft. condo to yourself. Quiet beach with miles of sand in either direction We recommend a car Miles of quiet sandy beach in either direction. ========================================================== IMPORTANT: On November 9, 2022 our condo building was hit by Hurricane Nicole. While no damage occurred to my unit or the building, our seawall was breeched by storm surge, causing a portion of it to break. As a result the entire back portion of our building grounds is closed until repairs can be made. There is construction taking place on weekdays to replace the seawall and rebuild the pool and grounds. Until this is completed, the POOL IS CLOSED and THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE BEACH FROM OUR BUILDING. To access the beach you must exit the front of the building and walk about 100 yards south to the public access at Seagull Park. We provide a large cart to transport towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. to and from the beach. There will be ongoing construction in the back side of our building throughout 2023 and 2024 as we work to restore the grounds and rebuild the pool. Most of the time this should not affect your enjoyment of the property and will not affect our lovely direct ocean view. We do not have a reopening date yet for the pool but we know it will be sometime in 2025. As such you may encounter things such as: * seaweed on the beach * sand on floors and hallways of the building * ocean spray film accumulating on windows * smells of the ocean * rocks in the ocean This is all part of what makes it so fun and amazing to stay at the ocean!
