This 1 bedr/2 baths townhouse, sq ft 850 offers 2 floors, central AC, 2 balconies (Beach, pool and garden views) and a black bottom lagoon style pool which is heated during the colder winter months. Complimentary: parking (1 car), beach chairs and Wifi. The Honeymoon Suite can accommodate 4 people. Our mini resort is located within 60 steps to the beach and 0.64 miles walking distance to the Village which is our little downtown with shops and restaurants. The entire resort. Our resort is quaint and surrounded by tropical landscape which gives our property a very private setting, however, it is super close to the beach and the Village. There are "free rides" on Siesta Key, please ask us for the phone number. Public transportation is within steps from our property. Free Trolley ride on Siesta Key from 8:00 AM - midnight every day. Early check-ins: Are possible (call us the day before your arrival between 5-6 PM to find out if an early check-in is available) if the apartment has been already cleaned the day before, or cleaning is done before 4:00 PM. No exceptions. - We offer a pack & play and a high chair (at Gumbo Limbo properties only) free of charge, but must be reserved at booking - Maximum 4 people - Guests (main person who reserves and is in charge) must be 26+ years of age -Please note that we do not offer disposable items like: laundry detergent, dish soap, paper napkins, paper towels etc. You will get stated with toilet paper and garbage bags, but please put these items on to your shopping list. -Bring your own beach towels, everything else we have.
