Murphy's Retreat is minutes from the vibrant town of Sandpoint, Schweitzer and the City Beach. This cabin retreat has 2 bedrooms equipped with queen size bunk beds that sleeps 4 in each room. Wifi (100Mbps) , Netflix, BBQ, firepit, wicked deck, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer in a modern updated home. New covered front porch for wicked sunsets, easing into the day with a coffee and storing gear. 5 min drive to amenities. This home is NOT on the water. Murphy's Retreat is a home located off of Lakeshore Drive with views of Murphy Bay, a 1000 square foot 2 level deck, a Flagstone patio with large firepit and a private secluded lot. You will be very relaxed in this setting. Guest access is via door code lock. The entire home is yours to enjoy. There is a shed with lawn chairs, bicycles, beach toys / games, some tools, etc. There is also an electric pellet smoker / griddle / grill combo on the deck for transforming the regular groceries into wonderful foods. Lounge chairs and hot dog sticks are beside the flagstone patio stored for you. As our guest, it is extremely important your expectations for this rental are met. The property is quite private and peaceful. Murphy's Retreat does not have direct lake / water access. For lake access, there is a the city beach in Sandpoint or Springy Point Campground (5 min drive each). For walking your dog(s), there is a beautiful area down the road off of Brisboys Road. (2 min drive / 10 min walk to get there). Please ask for more detail on this if it is important for you. Murphy's Retreat is very close to the lazy town of Sandpoint. 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bicycle or 45 minutes by foot. Sandpoint has all the stores, restaurants, etc you will need for your stay. Schweitzer ski mountain is also very close for winter and summer activity. 20 minute drive. Once you process payment for your stay, you will receive a detailed note for the finer details of the property. Air Conditioning units are in the living room and master bedroom. These two units keep the home cool during the hotter summer weather.
