Our Piece of Paradise is a second story walk-up condo that is close to beach, restaurants, nature, history, attractions and fun! Essential kitchen needs, luxury linens, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella, books, games, toys and SmartTVs in the condo! Come relax with our coastal decor, just 900 steps to the beach. *From the parking lot, walk up the steps and right into a bright and comfortable living room with two sofas ready for relaxing with a choice of books, a variety of games and lots of DVD’s if you get tired of our streaming SmartTV or the Internet. *Our Kitchen has granite countertops, convection toaster oven, waffle iron, blender, food processor and mixer, newer dishwasher and range, Keurig & coffee pot with all the comforts of home. You should find what you need for making a quick bite or gourmet meal. *Enjoy a meal in the well-lit dining room with six chairs with newer ceiling fan/light. * The large master has a Queen-sized bed with a foam topper with two mirrored closets and ample drawer space where you can watch our Smart TV in private. *Master and guest bathrooms are beautifully updated with hotel quality towels and coral paint. The master bath has shampoo, conditioner and body wash for our business travelers as well as a hairdryer. The flamingo-themed guest bath holds a First Aid Kit. *Guest bedroom has a double platform bed, comfy chair and drawer storage with ample toys, books and games for kids. Get that St. Augustine feel with the beach decor throughout. *Washer and dryer, and iron available for your needs. *When you decide to enjoy the outdoors, you can sit and take in the breeze on the porch or gather up chairs, umbrella, towels in the wagon and head the short distance to the beach. There, the kids can play in the splash pad by the pier, swim on the beach with lifeguards, play volleyball or bocce or just have an ice cream at Rita’s. *Our pool will entice you just across our parking lot! Ready to head out for the night? Lots of wonderful restaurants are just a short distance on the island. You can also head into town for a variety of dining and nightlife. Most attractions are within a 10 minute ride! The entire condo. Second floor porch/ balcony and steps are shared with neighbor. I am available by phone, text, email and Airbnb message. Any issues will be addressed promptly but with minimal interaction with guests for your maximum privacy. Follow the wonderful canopied woods (Anastasia State Park) along Pope Road a short walk or ride to the beach easily accessible at St. John’s County Park and Pier. There you’ll find volleyball courts, pavilion, visitor center, splash pad, lifeguard watched beach access and fishing on the pier. By the beach, your dining choices are endless- Little Maggie’s, Salt Life, Sunset Grille, Cafe Eleven, Crabby’s Beachside, Rita’s Italian Ice, Pizza, Coneheads Icecream, Mango Mango’s and more. Turn left on Pope Road to find fast food, ethnic choices and more. Catch a bus or drive to town to see the Castillo, town attractions and museums. You can easily get around the island by foot or bike. Bike rental is short distance away. Driving will get you around everywhere but parking in town can be a challenge. There is a parking garage by the city gate. There is a community bus and a beach bus to catch the tourist trolley. Cabs and Uber/Lyft also available. There is a wagon with full beach gear in the hall closet. Wet towels and suits can be washed and dried. No hanging items from porch.
