The ocean views and breezes are truly magical, and the soft sound of the waves will lull you to sleep at night. Flexible space for up to 25+ people. Great for family reunions, business retreats, church and service groups. Can be divided into 3 separate areas with separate keyed entrances. 6+ bedrooms/sleeping areas. 4 bathrooms. 2 full kitchens. Laundry room. This is it! The main floor is on the second floor, accessible by stairs in front and back. It has a large open area that will allow your whole group to gather for meals, or whatever. There also is a smaller seating area with TV downstairs. Each floor has 3+ sleeping areas, 2 baths, and fully equipped kitchens. (NOTE: Please look at the layout of the house to see what is meant by "sleeping area." Not all sleeping areas are private bedrooms.) The backyard has a covered outdoor kitchen (with sink and grill) and a portable fire pit. Graveled parking is available in front and rear of house. Parking also is available on the side of the house, but do not block the roadway. There is a laundry room on the first floor (bring your own detergent). We aren't always around but we are reachable, and we have friends and helpers nearby who can deal with any issues that arise. This community is a gated community, with guards at the gate 24 hours a day for your safety. Neighbors are mostly retired ex-pats, or vacationers. Walk on miles of white sand beaches, take nature trails in the wildlife sanctuary, walk to the local cantina. Most people will drive here, but taxis and Uber are available. Micro-buses stop at the end of the road, so public transportation is possible. It's just 40 feet to the sand! Recreational options include horseback riding on the beach, ATV and kayak rentals nearby, fishing, shopping and dining in nearby La Bufadora, wine tasting, and more. Depending on traffic, this house is a 30 to 45-minute drive to the tourist center of Ensenada.
