Posed on the hills above San Carlos, it is private but a short walk to the beach and hotspots in town - you will want a car to explore swimming beaches and all the great restaurants and sites of San Carlos. It is on a small cul de sac with two other houses. Swimming, fishing, hiking, kayaking, biking, great restaurants and music. The house is the ultimate in comfort and relaxation with views of San Carlos, the ocean, the mountains, and Tetakawi. You will have run of the whole house. Includes washing machine, all kitchen and bedroom essentials, two bikes, a kayak, and lots of space to sit and watch the sunset or read a good book in the sunshine. Full cactus garden that will amaze you and brings the birds right to your chair side. There is off street parking on the side lot with remote controlled gate. A gardener will take care of all the plants for you and you can hire our cleaning woman during your stay if you would like. TV, videos, games and puzzles available for your enjoyment. New quiet mini splits in each room provide heat or air for your comfort. Six person hot tub off the deck overlooks the Sea of Cortez and is a perfect place to watch the sunset and stars. We have a manager who will make sure that you get whatever you need. He will contact you before your visit, provide keys and resources and answer any questions that come up while you are there. You will need a car to get around San Carlos, though you can walk to several good restaurants from the house. San Carlos is small but spread around the bay. Our bikes can take you into town or out in the wilds. The house is all on one level so it is fully accessible once you get up the entrance. We are working on a full wheelchair entrance that should be ready by fall. The former owner was a photographer and we have many of his photographs of birds in the area covering the walls - you will be charmed by our wonderful wildlife. There is a $60 cleaning fee that is to be paid to our manager upon arrival. Our goal is to keep the house in clean and perfect condition for our guests.
