As well as the Under-decking ceiling installed under the top level for Dry, Bright & Waterproof space along with Outdoor Ceiling Fan with Light. We have a Paddle King Boat & Kayak that comes with the house. We are Mid-Way Back in a 1/4-mile-long Cove, with a lot of Deep Water to Boat, Fish & Swim around the Dock. Fishing for Bass, Bluegill, Crappie & Catfish can be caught right off the dock. New Gas Grill & Charcoal Grill are provided but Guests must provide their own Charcoal. Coconuts & Jolly Rodgers is just a short 1-mile Boat Ride by Water, both are great for Families. New Rope Lights on both sides of the Steps from 3rd level to the Patio at Seawall.
