We are centrally located from Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, Maryville, and Townsend. While visiting The Mockingbird Farm you will be surrounded by 27 acres. The view out the kitchen window is absolutely gorgeous! Nice and peaceful with beautiful views. After a long day of vacationing...it's nice to come back to the farm. Oh..and did I mention the Blueberry Muffins?...... We are located about 30 minutes from the Knoxville McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). Atlanta (ATL), Cincinnati (CVG), and Charlotte Airports (CLT) are approximately 4 hours away. The Mockingbird Farm does not charge a cleaning fee, a deposit, etc. Starting March 1, 2018 airbnb will collect state tax and a service fee on their end. (Just like staying in any accommodations.)
