Our South Litchfield Beach house is uniquely located between a tidal canal and signature lowcountry saltwater creek, and boasts two lovely views. The expansive views of the marsh are enjoyed off a large deck. Beach access is direct and easy, just a 4 minute walk over the adjacent canal footbridge. This room connects to a large sunroom with TV and a dining area that opens out to a full-length sundeck with amazing views of the salt marsh & Adirondack chairs. There is also a second sunroom/living area on canal side with more seating and another TV. GROUND FLOOR: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 full bath and 1 half bath, laundry room with a full size refrigerator. Ground floor bedrooms (with the bathroom inbetween) have outside entrance only. AMENITIES: Central air on the main floor with window units in the ground floor rooms. 3 cable TVs, high speed wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, laundry room with washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators (one full size and one mini), gas grill, chiminea, outdoor picnic table, basketball hoop, hot/cold outdoor shower w/changing room, fixed dock on canal, 2 bikes, 1 kayak, 2 paddle boards, life vests, beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler, beach toys, beach towels. The location is pristine, with quick and easy access to 7 miles of soft, sandy public beach and very convenient to the fabulous restaurants and TEN great golf courses in town. We are always available by phone or email and we have a local caretaker available to the guests if needed. Sportsman Drive is one of the most beautiful locations in Pawleys Island. If you are active and love the water this is a great spot to vacation. The canal footbridge is directly adjacent to our home, making the walk to the beach very easy and quick. Biking around the area is also fun and easy. Myrtle Beach airport is an easy 30 minute drive north or Charleston is only an hour south.
