The boat launch and Memorial Field is less than 2 blocks away. Enjoy The Festival at Sandpoint with either a short walk or listen from the deck. Downtown is less than a 10 minute walk away where you can swim at city beach, do some shopping or antiquing, or enjoy either a great cup of coffee or a local brew. Come and enjoy Sandpoint as a local. Walk to Winter Ridge for groceries, or take the cruiser bikes for a spin. We even have a marriage counselor (tandem) available for extra fun on a bike. Guest has access to off street parking and deck that can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. We live in the main house so we’re happy to meet you as you arrive or anytime during your stay. Check in is easy and no need to meet with us. The access is off the alley, so you have privacy as you come and go. The apartment was built with privacy in mind, so no views of the main house or yard. South Sandpoint is the best neighborhood in town. If you are here during the school year, you’ll see the kiddos headed to and from school. It’s a very walkable neighborhood so you can grab a bike or walk to anything you need within town. If Schweitzer is the reason for the visit, you can take the city bus or drive. The arboretum is next to Memorial Field and is a wonderful place for a quiet stroll. Drive, walk, or bike. Whatever you choose, you’ll just be happy your in Sandpoint!
