On chilly nights enjoy one of the 2 fireplaces (operational Oct-March). The master suite has a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa(twin). His and her bathrooms, soaker tub, fireplace, covered balcony and panoramic views. Also on the 3rd floor is bedroom 2 with a queen bed and sleeper sofa(twin). Bath room 2 has a tub/shower combo. There is a front balcony for enjoying ocean views as well as a loft with sitting area on the 3rd floor. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin over full bunk beds. Bath 4 is a tub shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of space for cooking. The first level of the home has a game room/bedroom 6 with a full sleeper sofa,and twin over full bunkbed. Bedroom 5 is also on the first level and has a queen bed. Bath 5 is a walk in shower. All bedrooms have a walk-in closets. The pool has a nice sunshelf and umbrella. The pool can be heated in the winter for an extra fee. Heated hot tub year round. The onsite private dock has a fish light, fish cleanig table with running water, bench seating, and holders for your beach umbrella. 2 fishing kayaks are provided on a floating dock for easy access. Contact host if you would like to bring a boat or water craft to the property. You can catch plenty of fish right off the dock, but if you would like to rent a boat, there is a local boat rental company just 6 miles up the road. The beach is easily assessable via private acccess gate across the street from our home. Enjoy the pristine beauty of our quiet beach. When you come back form the beach, you can use the footwash next to the garage. Guests will have full use of the home, elevator, pool, hot tub, dock and ocean beach. We or our property manager are readily available to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. Centrally located between Flagler Beach and Palm Coast.
