All linens are included as are starter supplies of paper products, shampoo and soaps. Your reservation includes a check out clean only; the suites will have just been cleaned prior to your visit. The MGM Signature does not service these suites or any privately owned, self managed suites. As such, there is no daily cleaning or ability to request additional service items from the MGM Signature or us such as extra paper products, coffee, towels or toiletries etc. If you need extras we suggest you bring them or purchase them nearby. You may request a refresh during your stay at your cost subject to availability with our private cleaning company at prevailing rates which would be your responsibility. We are available as much or as little as you need. We are on East Coast time normally and do sleep so we are slower to respond after Midnight our time. But we will respond in the morning. Emergency issues(repairs) can be directed to the MGM front desk during this time. Cleaning issues need to be directed to us or the contact number for housekeeping in the suite. Our cleaning crew cleans and disinfects the suite prior to and after you leave. Extra services and options can be made directly thru them for a fee. If you do not charge anything or damage the suite, this is taken off at check out. No additional charges, resort fees, etc are due from you at check in. Any PETS brought to the property and/or not disclosed to us will be deemed pets and a non refundable $500 min will be charged to your account with us and/or you will be subject to mandatory eviction. No more than 4 people ever allowed in the suite. If we are contacted by Signature security or the Las Vegas Police about occupancy violations, smoking of any kind, loud or disrupting behavior, illegal activities, or any behavior which compromises safety of others or our property, we will evict without refund any funds paid. Any DAMAGES to the property will be billed to you. If you do not pay the damages billed, owner has the right to file a claim in Clark County, Nevada including legal costs.
