This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 2-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do! We are near the boardwalk and beach. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet around nighttime. There are countless restaurants, bars, and amusement parks near the area. The best thing about our property that keeps our customers returning is the fact that we are a short walk from the beach! The apartment is a large 2-bedroom apartment with a big living room, full kitchen, full equipment two bathrooms, parking, wifi, and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The balcony comes with outdoor comfortable furniture. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and one pull-out sofa. Both bedrooms come with two double beds. The outdoor camera is in the parking lot and in the office. Access to the entire unit In order to assure customers our availability for a memorable stay, our office hours will run from 9am until 10pm. In addition, customers can reach us through the business phone number/ email will any concerns or questions The area is very safe, as well as very close to the boardwalk. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby for your convenience. The neighborhood is very safe, located in between wo main avenues, where a lot of stores are located A minute from the apartments, a local bus stop is located where buses run throughout the day and night in order to transport people around Ocean City. The office will be located in the same complex as the apartment units. There the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit per person. The security deposit is 200$ for the other group. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check, or cash at arrival. Note, guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries.
