Only steps to beach through private street gate, and a short 1.5 mile bike to Kailua town. 2 bedrooms, family room, bath and kitchen on 2nd floor; third bedroom and laundry on 1st floor. Washer/Dryer, Basic Cable, and Wifi includded. Full kitchen, large deck with gas grill looking out over the Koolau mountains. Larger bedrooms have queen beds, smaller bedroom has a double bed. *Minimum 30 day temporarily suspended on Oahu - TLA approved Our space is open and airy and though we rarely need air conditioning there are split A/C units in each bedroom. Entire Apartment Our street is very quiet with predominantly elderly neighbors who like their privacy and the quietness of a dead end street. Due to the City and County of Honolulu's new vacation rental law we go above and beyond to make sure our guests and neighbors are respected The beach is only 100 yards away, town is a 5-10 minutes bike depending on where you go. There is a bus stop right at the end of our street and another 1 block over that allows you to avoid renting a car if you choose. There is space for parking 3 cars in front of the unit, but anything bigger than a small SUV will need to be parked down the street on the right hand side next to the tall hedge - just ask if you are uncertain.
