It has two separate kitchens and living areas with a shared outside grill.The wrap around porches and large enclosed courtyard in the middle allow privacy and/or good family fun when not on the beach.The kitchens and bedrooms are fully furnished and kayaks are available for use. The beach access is located just across the street from the west garage. Soggy Peso, The Sunset Grill and La Salsa Beach Bar is located a short walking distance along the beach This property sits nestled at the base of the Sierra Madre mountains to the North and the Sea of Cortez to the South. This beach offers spectacular sunset views every evening to the West and a view of the Tetakawi Peaks to the East. There is a community pool, tennis court and pickle-ball court available. There is a four-car limit. There is a 16 person limit with an additional charge of $50 per person per night for additional persons up to 20 people over the age of 2 years. No animals are allowed.
