Upstairs bathroom's Tub/shower is surrounded by custom tile work, Hidden in the downstairs bathroom shower tiles are two arrowheads, see if you spot them! Downstairs bedroom is the largest with walk-in closet, dressers, queen bed (BRAND NEW MATTRESS 12/22), and its own entrance to the lower outdoor deck. Game room has a table w/chairs and TV. High Speed Wi-Fi can handle multiple people streaming Netflix. For extra sleepers, the storage room has a full mattress and twin mattress. City of Payson has a noise ordinance starting at 10pm (11pm for unincorporated areas). SMOKING, Loud music, scream laughing, drinking into the late hours are not acceptable. Thank you.
