This town home is located in the heart of San Carlos steps from the Marina, shopping and restaurants. It is two story with a terrace, balcony and private parking spot. It is a larger space with plenty of room to rest and relax. There are two pools within this gated community. Our condo is just above the pool area, within the condo section of the Marina Terra Hotel. It is spacious and has most amenities for the discerning cook. Watch movies on the big screen SMART TV. The terrace is equiped with a grill, table chairs, umbrella and garden. If you are staying for a longer period the laundry room will be open for your use. Our condo is so centrally located that most activities are within walking distance. The public bus stops right in front of the condo complex. There is housekeeping available if you want. We also have a pack and play available upon request.
