Comfortable bedroom inside beautiful ocean side home. Great for extended stays and quick trips to experience the beauty and countless activities in San Carlos. Beaches, fishing, rentals, restaurants, markets, bus stops etc. all within minutes! This is YOUR home: Entrance lounge, living room, sitting/dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, & huge balcony. Essentials provided: towels, soap, hangers, wifi. Come live large for reasonable! Double bed, usually for 1 but can fit 2 people. Anyone is welcome! The house and the area are well equipped for all people, ages, various kinds of travel (vacations, month-long stays, 1-night drop-ins, etc. The house is my mother's & I want to do my best to provide a reasonable option to stay at an unbeatable location. You will have everything you need: Comfortable bed, big closet space, lock on door, large bathroom, full kitchen (pots, pans, plates, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, blender, etc.), & laundry room. The balcony provides an amazing view, you can dine, take sun, play games, etc. There is 24/7 security upon entrance into the neighborhood. You will find a bus stop right out of the Caracol (10 minute walk) which can take you anywhere in San Carlos and to Guaymas. Close by you have many beaches, restaurants/bars, markets, gymnasiums, country club, boat/kayack rentals and the marina (all within minutes). Guaymas is a larger town 15 minutes out, & there you will Sam's Club, Home Depot, a movie theatre, plazas etc. I will provide airport pickups and drop offs if necessary. Here to assure your trip is smooth! This is your home: Private Bedroom with lock, Front lounge, Dining area, Living room, Kitchen, Balcony, & parking outside house. I will always be around, and/or a phone message/call away to assist or provide anything. Either I, or a friend will check you in upon arrival with keys and handle any questions or requests you may have. Airport pickups provided from Hermosillo airport if necessary, just let me know. I currently stay in a separate space on the top floor of the house and your privacy is guaranteed. The neighborhood is called 'El Caracol,' located on hill overlooking the Sea of Cortez. It's very scenic and secure w/ 24/7 security upon entry into neighborhood. Quiet at night and safe for all ages. The ocean waves will be the only constant noise.
