Welcome to Condominios Pilar. Our unique San Carlos getaway is just steps away from the Sea of Cortez, and is located on 5 miles of beautiful white sandy beach. Our beach is well- known for watching dolphins going by throughout the day, and enjoying magnificent sunsets every evening. This home-by-the-sea has a variety of things to enjoy such as the sparkling pool, tennis court, pickle ball, and the best beach for collecting seashells. Cafe Pilar restaurant and Laundry facility on-site. Relaxing patio with views of the tranquil estuary and the Sea of Cortez, along with a patio charcoal BBQ grill. Living room area has 55" Smart TV with Netflix accessibility and a DVD, relaxing electric flame fireplace w/ heat, and 2 comfortable sleeper sofas. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to make a great meal, enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine from our complimentary wine rack stocked with multiple selections for you to choose from. Keurig coffee maker and Expresso machine along with a Purified water dispenser available. The bathroom comes complete with soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion and more... along with a spa-like rain shower plus plenty of hot water for those extra long showers. Upstairs bedroom has a new Memory Foam King size bed for a cozy sleep, black-out curtains, and an additional 55”Smart TV. THE BEACH AND POOL ARE OPEN There is a main office on-site that is open everyday from 9-5 for any inquiries you may have. We are personally available for communication via a phone call, text, or email. Condominios Pilar is one of San Carlos' most well known places to stay while visiting. Public bus line is 1 mile from the condos There will be a separate daily utility fee that is charged by the Pilar complex, as this site unfortunately does not offer an add- in for this fee. Please check with your host, Vonda, for payment procedure. If the TV remote is not in the condo, some guests may return it to the office. Please pick it up there. Wi-Fi code is wifi210wifi. Linens are not provided for the 2 sofa sleepers in the living room. You will need to bring your own. You are allowed 2 pets in the condo/ each pet will be a 1 time $25 fee.. if you only have a 2 day rental, the complex does not allow pets unless your stay is for 3 days or more. You may order a 5 gal bottled water from the office and have it delivered, if the one there is empty. There is no charge for this service.
