Coin op laundry available in basement if needed. Entryway to apartment has plenty of storage for your ski / snowboard equipment. John is close by for any issues that may arise during your stay. Walk the one block to downtown Rutland. Many restaurants and bars close by. The Paramount Theater, bus station , train station and Walmart Shopping center are a 5-10 minute walk. Killington and Okemo are 20 minutes away. Pine Hill Park is down the street for mountain biking. Price for the house is up to 3 people. 4 and over there are additional fees. $40 per person per night. PLEASE do not rent for 3 people then have 10 stay. And please do no sneak any pets in the house.
