Quiet beautiful Southern Shores beach 2 1/2 blocks away with an easy walk or free parking pass. There is 1 additional unit on opposite side of property rented to a local professional Private bedroom with queen bed.The bunkbeds have a full sized bottom and single on top. The kitchen has dishes, pots & pans and all the utensils you need to make a wonderful meal during your stay. Outdoor gas grilling is available with picnic table. Huge refrigerator & freezer. Our beach access is about 700 yards away with easy access. There is 1 additional unit on opposite side of property rented to a local professional. Usage of amenities are for owners and seasonal guests. In addition to the beach, there is free access to neighborhood park, basketball court, tennis courts, and sound access. The recreational space outside the apartment is large with porch swing, pingpong, corn hole, hammock. It is covered in case of rain with ceiling lights and fans. Large screen TV with Hulu, Netflix and other streaming channels. There is also an outside shower (semi-private). We have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler for your use. Bring your own beach towels. We would enjoy meeting and getting to know our guests but with things the way they are now, we feel it best to stay apart which is very easy to do with our space and also realize that some people just want to do their own thing. We will accommodate in whatever way works best for all. We will be available to answer questions if needed as best we can. It is your vacation after all and we want it to be a wonderful experience This area is very popular so there WILL BE traffic as people check in and out usually Sat/Sun in the main summer season. Please drive carefully and I can help with how best to handle the traffic. A car would be recommended for exploring all that our area has to offer but not necessary for the neighborhood amenities or the beach. .
