Most weekdays are open for rental on a weekly basis - they are only blocked because the salon will be open during those times. Original hardwood floors have been recently refinished and the new kitchenette and appliances offer amenities similar to hotel suites. The bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and smart tv. The kitchen/living area includes a sink, coffee maker, microwave, a mini- refrigerator and freezer. Dishes and utensils are provided. A dining table, 2 chairs and a desk can be used as work space. The closet is also cedar lined and a queen air mattress and pump are available. I own and operate my hair salon on the main floor of the house and may or may not be working during your stay. I also live in Frankfort and can be available as needed. The historic downtown Capitol area, parks with trails and distilleries are nearby. Located approx 40 miles from Louisville and 30 miles from Lexington, this property is perfect for visiting central Kentucky attractions. A $30 cleaning deposit is required before check-in. Check, cash, debit/credit accepted. A refund will be issued within 48 hours after check out if the apt is left in good order, dishes are washed, linens & towels are collected and stored in bags provided and trash is limited to trash cans provided.
