Villa Venice Bay Breeze is a modern, fully airconditioned property with 3 BR, 2 BA and a big pool, located in South Venice. The huge living room features leather couches, a small desk, and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sun loungers, a covered outdoor dining area, a gas BBQ, beach equipment and 2 bicycles also belong to the villa. Electrical pool heat is optional with USD 100.00/week plus taxes for a setting to 86°F. We are local and therefor here for our guests in case they need us. 5 minutes walk from the South Venice Ferry which will take our guests to the beach (Caspersen Beach). With the car, it will take 12 minutes to Manasota Beach. Within minutes your reach with the bicycles Shamrock Park, which boasts Tennis and Basketball Courts and Hiking Trails. Shopping malls and restaurants are reachable by car within 10 minutes. The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 12% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F.
