Our place is the perfect spot to access a majority of the stops on the Bourbon Trail. All guests receive a 10% discount to Goodwood Brewery which is located directly under the apartment. Private parking space provided with stay. You can easily access anything in downtown Frankfort in a 10-15 minute walk at most. Streets are very safe and walkable. Driving is easy and parking is fairly easy to find anywhere around. The Mix District is downtown Frankfort's open container district. It's available on weekends and some week nights and allows you to walk around with drinks to explore downtown. We are located inside the Mix District and we sell drinks togo downstairs at the brewery! Check in and check out are done with a lockbox at the brewery. I am available anytime if needed. The space is yours and you won't be bothered. Feel free to come downstairs and socialize with our brewery staff to learn more about Goodwood Brewing or find things to do nearby. Downtown Frankfort is a lovely place to stay! We are located right on the Kentucky River, just a couple of blocks from the Kentucky State Capital building, Rebecca Ruth Candy, a vintage diner, a bakery and an ice cream shop. There are several bars within walking distance, the Kentucky History Center and lots of neat downtown shops. We are in the heart of downtown and you can easily walk to all of these places in less than 15 minutes.
