The entire apartment with beautiful balcony, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, LR/DR & sleeping alcove is in the center of town, close to great restaurants with outdoor dining, and steps away NYC transport. Beautifully decorated with everything you need at hand. Completely contact-less, no elevators or shared spaces and fully COVID secure cleaning. Comfortably sleeps a family of 5, with Queens in each BR, and full futon of the LR. Built in 1901 on a yellow brick, historic street, the back of the building over looks the Hudson river....you can lie in your bed and look out on the Empire state building. The front offers a private terrace, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine! And when we say fully stocked, we really mean it. The pantry has the basics for cooking, laundry detergent, paper supplies. There's a bar set up with nice wine glasses, and Kuerig Pro with a supply of k-cups. Both BR's have nice bedding, new towels, and comfy duvets. The smart TV also has premium cable, and there's a Jam box for you to link your phone for some music. There are books, games and puzzles, a basketball for the courts in the park, and lots of tourist info for you to dig into. This is a separate apartment, approximately 1200 square feet with a private balcony off the front. The apartment is accessed up one flight of stairs through the left hand door in the vestibule. We live directly below the apartment in unit #1, and are available throughout your stay for questions or assistance with any of the apartment gadgets or NYC travel recommendations! The Castlepoint neighborhood is one of the most sought after streets in Hoboken, as it dead ends into Elysian park, and there is no through traffic. So it's a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Washington Street. The 126 bus is on the corner of 9th and Washington (2 blocks away), the NY Waterway is at River & 13th (5 blocks away), and the Path is a 10 block walk down Hudson, or through the beautiful Stevens Institute Campus. You couldn't possibly be any more centrally located! Also close to the Light Rail - with stops at Liberty State Park for Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island visits. We provide morning caffeine, not breakfast. Kitchen has all the essentials.
