Private luxury log cabin in a gated neighborhood on the White River in Flippin, AR (North-Central AR). Located 4 miles downstream from the Bull Shoals dam, across the river from Gaston's Resort. Quiet neighborhood with a private boat ramp. Cabin features an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms/4 beds (first floor master suite, two bedrooms upstairs), 3 bathrooms (2 full, 1 half), fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors, laundry room, bar, and a wrap-around porch overlooking the river. Great family or fishing getaway located in a quiet, private neighborhood. Small pets are welcome but must be disclosed and cleared with owners ahead of time. The cabin is stocked with all necessities, including several spinning rods for your use. 65" TV with fiber internet and TV/entertainment streaming. As our guest, you'll have access to the entire home. Because we visit the cabin so frequently, our personal items are locked securely in the master closet. We live in Northwest Arkansas and love sneaking away to the cabin to relax and refresh as often as we can. Should you need anything during your stay, we are just a call, text, or email away. Additionally, all neighbors are extremely friendly! Boat rentals and guide trips are available from several nearby resorts. If lake recreation is more your style, the Bull Shoals Boat Dock is ~8 miles from the cabin. Enjoy quiet walks/biking along the private road. Take in the wildlife, particularly the eagles who nest ~70 yards from the cabin. Spot trout, river otters, muskrats, and occasionally a beaver right from the deck! Walmart is ~15 minutes away in Flippin. Gaston's Resort is located across the river and accessible by boat or take a scenic drive through Bull Shoals to Lakeview. Grill out, cook, or enjoy several restaurants that are within 15-30 minutes.
