Best view sunsets on the beach, walking distance to anything you need charter fishing, restaurants, rentals, pier, surfing. Lots of upgrades, everything needed for a week or two or longer! There is a gate that you need to can dial our name and call us for the initial entry. After we buzz you through the main gate and elevator gate you will use the door code we give you on the morning of arrival for access to the condo. There will be a key fob on the counter that you can use for the rest of your stay. Special event parking pass is required on designated weekends. This must be visible in the window of your car. We’re available for any questions or area advice. This Condo is right on across the street from Casino Beach and is on the water side for a little Sabine. You can walk to all the restaurants and explore the sound side for sea life. There’s a new heated pool, grilling accessories, workout facility and sandy beach chill area by the water. You can get around by walking,by car or by bike. There is a bike rental place right outside the gates of this facility. But you can literally walk to everything.
