This beautiful condo is the perfect getaway for those seeking all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Brand new appliances & a home office. There are no stairs to climb upon entry which is VERY rare in Lake Tahoe. This unit is on the Nevada side. VHR approved #08401855. Iconic mountain biking and hiking out your door on the Tahoe Rim Trail. A five minute walk to the stagecoach chairlift at Heavenly for skiing and a ten minute drive to the lake. Amazing valley views and a quick walk to lake views! Walk to the slopes and family friendly sledding areas!! There are ZERO steps to hike into the unit, which is tough to find in Tahoe! I have an awesome cleaning staff and maintenance guy who help to make this a perfect getaway place for you. We take careful inventory, so please don’t let anything walk away. We work hard to keep the place clean. While you stay here, please treat it with the same respect that you treat your home. Please take Hu your shoes off. Please don’t put oversized loads in the washer and dryer and please shake dirt / snow off before entering and before washing any clothes. Some of the fastest wifi you’ll find in the area for working remotely. If you require higher speeds and plan to be streaming, gaming or on video chats all day, I suggest bringing a hotspot as back up. But my place is getting over 200 download speeds. There is a king bed in the master and two queen beds in the downstairs bedroom. It can sleep six if your group is all couples, but please note, there are three beds total. This condo is just under 1,000 sq feet. It is a perfect little ski getaway near the stagecoach chairlift at Heavenly. The walk time to the chairlift of course depends on the individual, but it is possible in five minutes. It is very close, but not everyone wants to walk that far and it is on a one way road, so you'd need to drive around the circle about a quarter mile if you do not feel up to walking from the condo to the chairlift. The dining area is comfortable for 3-4 guests. Please note that if you are coming with a bigger group. The kitchen has great new appliances, but is also not made for multiple people to be cooking at the same time and there is one bathroom. If that meets your needs, I am very happy to host for you! There are seven other units around you. I want you to enjoy your time, but please be respectful of neighbors with your volume. The outdoor pool / hot tub area is a community shared area. The pool is open in the summer months and the hot tub is year round. There are showers at the hot tub and I have provide a basket with towels and plastic cups to bring to the tub. Please do not bring glass bottles or glassware of any kind to the hot tub. It is a perfect way to enjoy the end of your ski day and it is just around the corner! It is possible to walk to, but I recommend driving as it is about a quarter of a mile away. The pool is a great place for the family. For adults looking to relax poolside, it can be busy on the weekends during the day, but typically 5-8, it is pretty ideal and it looks over Lake Tahoe as you enter. The Heavenly website provides updates on chairlift status. This condo is near the Stagecoach chairlift on the Nevada side. PLEASE familiarize yourself with the scheduled for Stagecoach. Early season skiing can still mean needing to drive into town as Stagecoach typically opens up after the second week of the ski season. skiheavenly. com If you book the condo in the winter months please know that Lake Tahoe winters require you to be prepared to travel in the winter and I have a full description in my guide. AWD / 4WD and winter tires or chains is a must. If roads close, that is one thing, but please do not hold on to a booking and ask to move dates because it is snowing. If you plan to travel to Tahoe in the winter, we can have very big storms and you must plan for safe travel. I want your group to be safe! You will have the right to one parking spot at the 317 Quaking Aspen property. I can only provide parking for one spot, BUT, there are other options in the neighborhood close by, if our lot is full and you must have a second vehicle. Especially in the winter months, I strongly suggest trying to condense to one vehicle if at all possible. Full access to the community pool and hot tub! If you put 315 Olympic Court into your GPS, it will take you to the pool/hotub area. It is a 1/4 mile from the condo. The hot tub stays open year round and the pool is technically heated, but only set up for users Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is outside. I am available if you need me! Skiers, mountain bikers, trail runners and hikers paradise. You are in a unique area to over look the contrast of the desert and Lake Tahoe at the same time with a short hike!! You will want a vehicle. Taxis and Ubers are available, but you’ll appreciate having a car. In the winter, make sure you have either AWD, 4WD or chains. A 2W drive vehicle in the winter is not recommended. Snow removal is very good in Lake Tahoe, but a 2W drive vehicle is still not going to work well in the winter months. If you see a large storm in the forecast, please plan ahead with food and water. It’s not often, but it can happen. Our snow removal in Tahoe is good, but it’s good to be prepared. I provide flashlights for you if this is to happen and with the winter storms that we get, it certainly is possible.
