Cheery, safe apartment with onsite manager 15 min from town in peaceful rural area. Separate shop Apartment with all the comforts of home. Air conditioner and propane heat. One bedroom with queen bed, desk area, dIning table, living space with couch, chair, flat screen tv (fire stick and DVD) and wifi.Kitchen appliances, dishes, linens, bedding, washer and dryer, Full bath. Covered parking for one rig and equipment in heated shop. Window seat to watch sun rise/set and wildlife moving through. Apartment is on the private property of Manager. Tenant may use side yard south of shop building for outdoor activities or take walks down the country road. Tenant is not allowed inside corrals or in side yard or back yard of Manager’s house. Guests arrive and depart sharing driveway with main house. Parking is limited to one parking space provided in one stall of shop for covered and heated parking. If second car needed for parking it must be parked outside out of the driveway according to Manager. A trash dumpster is on the property that tenant may use for regular household trash and in compliance with dumpster rules (no furniture, chemicals, wood, appliances, etc). I live and work from the property providing a little more security than some places. I ask to be contacted by phone, text or email if you need information or assistance. I am happy to provide suggestions for activities or restaurants in town. Relax on your drive out and see beautiful sunsets from town after a hard day of work, hiking, fishing or hunting. Paved access to our quiet ranching neighborhood but there is improved gravel road for last 2 miles if traveling off of Wilson Butte Road or 4 miles of gravel if traveling off of Eden Hwy 226. Peaceful rural setting with with minor traffic. Access to town takes only 15 min to south side of town, official response time for hospital works is within the 20 minutes required. Can get downtown within 20 min also. If we have a blizzard or significant snowstorm the gravel road can get drifts but county is good about plowing within a day. If the power blips with wind or snow storm that may click off the wifi. If it does, just text me and I can reset it.
