Heat & Light Vent in Full bathroom & Heat & Vent in Half bathroom. We have 2 small Dogs, 1 Cat, a Fish in Kitchen and a Indian Ringneck bird in 3rd floor or living room. Exclusive use of their bedroom. Shared access to living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath, half bath, front porch & rear landscaped patio. I love my kitchen and have everything here if you also enjoy cooking. Just need you to purchase your own groceries & clean up afterwards! My daughter & I keep busy. I doubt we will see each other if you have a busy schedule. But we hope that if you are here and we are, we are comfortable hanging out together. Nice quiet neighborhood. We host block parties a couple times a year. Walking distance to Downtown. Street Parking or Hood College within a block. Uber is great for getting around. Bus & MARC train nearby. I typically take out the Sunday Night trash & Thursday Night recycling when I am there. I typically do the regular cleaning. It would be great if you are able to maintain your waste or chip in! Please clean up kitchen after use each meal. Rubbermaid storage containers are available to share for leftovers. Then clean pots & pans to put away in cabinet. Street cleaning night so notice signs as to when you need to move your car to prevent a ticket. Wednesday Night is Thursday 12am+ so move for Street cleaning.
