This home is newer and well maintained. Great location in a quite neighborhood close to multiple restaurants and 2 Starbucks location. Walk to Tonys Mexican Restaurant. Bus stop is in the corner. Shades in backyard. perfect for relaxing. Comfortable beds. Great pillows. Anything you would want in your next Airbnb we have it. Guest will have access to everything inside of the house except for garage and laundry room. We are available 24/7 in case of emergencies and to answer any questions you may have. We are a short distance away and will be available to go to the home at anytime if needed. As mentioned above, the neighborhood is quite and very friendly. There is a Mexican restaurant as well as some fast food down the block including, Hardee's, Taco Bell, Baskin Robins, etc. There are endless amount of food choices nearby. There is a bus stop walking distance that takes you straight to downtown. The Highway is conveniently located 3 miles away. The house is 5 miles 10 mins to the airport. You can get to most areas near downtown anywhere from 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. I do want to take this extra space to reiterate the importance of respecting the neighbors. This means that you should not hang out at all hours at midnight until 5am yelling and running around the property and using the bathroom outside. I understand people come to Nashville to have fun and sometimes it involves getting drunk. If this is the case, please just go inside the property and do whatever inside. Is strange that Airbnb hosts have to write all of this in hopes that proper behavior is followed but it is done so based on prior observation of previous guest so please respect the rules.
