Third floor one bedroom condo featuring 1 king bed, 1 twin in the side bunk room, and a sleeper sofa to sleep 5 total. 2 Smart TV's and DVD/VCR in living and bedroom. This unit over-looks the shuffleboard court with a lovely view of the ocean and pools from the balcony. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion. You will have access to all of the things the owner has. I am always available via messenger if you need anything. New Smyrna Beach has been voted one of America's best small beach towns. The beach itself is clean, flat, wide and car free! You can stroll for miles in either direction - north towards downtown or south towards the Canaveral National Seashore. Our beach is ideal for all kinds of beach related activities - and the lack of any beach traffic means it's quieter and safer for families with kids. Surfers will love our location - recognized as one of the best surf hotspots on the East Coast. This is a great place to learn to surf so set aside some time to hit the waves! Boat rentals, charters, and expert guide services make fishing easy, and these resources are almost as plentiful as the fish themselves. Flagler Avenue is only minutes away by car which offers tons of shopping, restaurants/bars, cafes and more. There are also some beachfront restaurants- "Ocean's Tiki Bar", "The Breakers Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar", and "Chases on the Beach" to enjoy the view! We are located on the non drive section of the beach. This is a family friendly area. - Quiet time is between 10pm-9am - Pool closes at dusk - Please rinse off sand from beach toys and boogie boards before bringing back into the unit.
